In Sakurada, a quaint town by the Pacific Ocean, a remarkable phenomenon occurs where almost half of its populace possess extraordinary abilities such as telepathy with felines and manipulation of historical events. These powers are closely monitored and regulated by a group called the "Kanrikyoku." As prominent members of their school's "Houshi" organization, Asai Kei and Haruki Misora are dedicated to fulfilling their assigned missions by the Kanrikyoku. Misora can turn back time to three days prior, effectively erasing any recent events or memories, while Kei has the unique ability to "recall" past memories, rendering Misora's power irrelevant. Collaborating with remarkable skill, the pair executes challenging tasks assigned to them by the Kanrikyoku with ease.
