After the death of his wife Akemi, Kintarou Yajima, a former leader of the "Hasshu" biker gang, retired from his job as a fisherman in his hometown. He, along with his son Ryouta, relocated to Tokyo where Kintarou started his new career as a salaryman. The main concern now is whether Kintarou can cope with the demands of working in an office environment and navigate the tricky office politics that come with being a salaryman.
