Sanbun no Ichi was born from the imagination of a celebrated mangaka recognized for producing works such as Drop, Babel, and HERO. The story centers on Shuu, the manager, Koji, an employee, and Ken, a regular patron, who cunningly pull off a bank robbery. Initially, they unanimously decide to split the loot equally. However, their collective greed soon creates a rift, prompting them to compete for a larger portion of the spoils.
