Tokioka Nagato may lead a simple life of relaxation, but all that changes when a fighter from the future by the name of Tanaka Seiji appears on the scene. Tanaka enlightens him that killers who time-travel are after his life, throwing Tokioka into a chaotic situation he never desired in the first place.
