In the midst of tumultuous waves, two strangers encounter each other by the seashore, both bearing a sense of solitude in their eyes. Tatsumi Higaki has been haunted by the belief that his voice is a curse, a burden of an unwanted "skill" he possesses that ensures compulsion. Fearful of the repercussions, he has chosen to lead a solitary existence. Conversely, Kazushi Kimijima has journeyed to the ocean with the intention of finding something - or someone.
As the two individuals clash, they are compelled to confront their intertwined backgrounds, and as their emotions climax, they are transported incessantly into the past.
