During the Edo period, Seijirou, who was slated to take over his family's prestigious business, had a reputation as a serial seducer in the eyes of the public. Yet, unknown to those around him, he nurtured hidden emotions for Toshinoshin, an educator at his school. Despite familial pressure and an arranged union, Seijirou eventually bares his heart to Toshinoshin. Much to his amazement, he learns that Toshinoshin was not quite the person he had always appeared to be and had been concealing his true motivations all along.
