The Magane virus leads to a horrific change in people, empowering them with lethal iron and turning them into terrifying creatures called Magane. These beings relentlessly hunt their victims, either infecting or devouring them without mercy, causing widespread destruction to entire villages. However, amidst this chaos, Alma and his group emerge, possessing supernatural powers that exceed those of regular individuals; they are capable of defeating the Magane. They collaborate to rescue the endangered Tenkou, who guides them to the fabled "Agartha of Shintetsu."
