Aritake Deigo made the difficult decision to leave his family home as he could no longer bear living with them. He sought to live a frugal and miserable life in solitude. During his apartment search, he unexpectedly crosses paths with a peculiar blue-haired girl carrying a snake statue. A sudden voice emanating from the statue renders him unconscious upon contact. Upon regaining consciousness, he discovers that he has been overtaken by Lyssa, the Goddess of Madness. Faced with the ultimatum of finding genuine happiness or facing death, he must navigate his possession and come to terms with his internal turmoil.
