Kento Takahashi and Issei Tanaka have been friends since they were in elementary school. Issei discovers that he will experience a decrease in penis size due to a disease. He seeks Kento's assistance in reducing the progression of the illness by massaging his prostate. Kento initially refuses to help, but eventually agrees to aid his friend when he realizes it is the only option available to ease his symptoms.
