Mutsuki Haruna works for a company that distributes alcohol and is faced with a challenging assignment - to get a contract from the renowned sake producer, Wakatake Brewery. Although hesitant, Mutsuki visits the brewery, anticipating a daunting encounter with the master brewer. Surprisingly, he becomes enamored with the owner's grandson, Shuusaku Nakagawa, who is handsome and distant. This unforeseen event disappoints Shuusaku and his grandfather, but Mutsuki is determined to succeed. He embarks on a mission to win over Shuusaku's cold demeanor and obtain the elusive contract.
