A young boy leisurely walks on the sandy shore of the beach and eventually takes a seat. The ocean is swarmed with people, but when they depart, they leave behind a plethora of trash. Suddenly, we're transported to a hospital office where a thin, younger man receives information from an older man smoking a cigar. Their conversation revolves around cancer, finances, and the option of familial inheritance. Shortly afterward, we return to the beach where the boy stands up, dusts off his chair, and heads homeward.
