Tachibana Souta, a part-timer at a fast food joint, is caught off guard when Kanzaki Tooru, a frequent customer and salaryman, confesses his love to him over the counter. Despite causing a commotion at the register, Souta gives in to Tooru's request for his contact information. As a result, Tooru sends him daily messages, which Souta initially ignores until they become a regular occurrence that he looks forward to. However, when Souta rejects Tooru as usual, the latter declares that he will no longer visit Souta.
