Yuki was instilled with the importance of strength and protecting the helpless from a young age. Unfortunately, this value proves counterproductive when a customer at her job incites a conflict. Mistakenly believing she was defending a frail lady, Yuki soon discovers her opponent is actually Sousuke, a man with limited mobility due to illness. Despite his condition, Sousuke radiates optimism and positivity, which captivates Yuki. As destiny would have it, Yuki naturally assumes the role of protecting Sousuke.
