Nagase, a renowned company, is well-known for the exceptional productivity and efficiency of its employees, partially attributed to the strict "no romantic relationships between co-workers" policy. Shinya Izumino, upon joining the company, plans to defy this rule, but will be under the guidance of Manager Andou for his training. Andou will demonstrate effective work practices and impart the value of truthful enamoration to Izumino, in a program colloquially referred to as "love training."
