After a long day at work, Take arrived home to find his son Kota sobbing alone in the darkness. His spouse had abandoned them, leaving Take to care for Kota as a single father. Juggling both work and parenthood, Take distanced himself from his friends, including an old classmate named Aoto whom he had previously harassed.
Yet, after confiding in Aoto about his difficulties, Aoto offered him a consoling embrace and kind words. This gesture stirred unfamiliar feelings within Take towards Aoto.
"Take, Kota & Aoto" is a compilation of four works - "Zutto! Take to Kota to Aoto," "Motto! Take to Kota to Aoto," "Itsumo! Take to Kota to Aoto," and "Gyutto! Take to Kota to Aoto," penned from 2015 to 2020.
