In Tales of Hearts, Kor Meteor embarks on a thrilling adventure when he crosses paths with siblings Kohaku and Hisui Hearts. Things take a dangerous turn when Kohaku falls victim to an attack by the mysterious Incarose and is infected with a dangerous xerom. Determined to help her, Kor decides to use his ancient weapon, the Soma, to cure her. Unfortunately, this decision has unintended consequences and results in Kohaku's Spiria, which reflects her very essence and emotions, being shattered and scattered across the globe. Together with Hisui and Kohaku, Kor sets out on a quest to revive her Spiria and restore balance to the world.
