Please note that the mangaka's postscript included in the volume release has yet to be translated. The story follows Tanaka Koutarou, a contented rural taxi driver who cherishes his simple life. After rescuing a wounded yakuza named Kurokawa Hozumi, Koutarou is approached by Hozumi who wishes to repay his debt. However, Hozumi's true motive is to manipulate Koutarou by promising him entertainment.
