Anthony, residing and laboring in Tokyo, is a male individual with an American paternal figure and a late maternal, Japanese figure. In a distressing turn of events, his child falls victim to the malicious actions of Yatsu, an individual known as "The Metal Fetishist," resulting in Anthony's body undergoing a metamorphosis into metal. Yet, upon discovering his father's vocation as a scientist, Anthony becomes cognizant of a potential solution to his predicament. In a stroke of luck, Anthony stumbles upon a concealed chamber within his father's abode, which contains a plethora of documentation and files disclosing the Tetsuo Project – a strategic plan to transmute humans into androids.
