With her magical eyes, Wan Tang, an exceptionally talented police officer, possesses the ability to understand the communication of various animals. Her job often takes her to small cities where she comes across unusual cases involving black cats delivering messages and orange cats transporting babies. However, she is astonished to discover that a group of peculiar cats may be directing all criminal activities in the city, and the mastermind could be hiding in the police department itself. Together with a skilled sand sculpture detective, Wan Tang sets out to reveal the true identity of these cleverly disguised animals and unravel the mystery behind the murders.
