Hao Ren, a humble landlord with a desire for a tranquil life, had no idea what was in store for him when he rented his outdated apartment to a werewolf and a vampire girl. Little did he know, he would soon be caught up in a whirlwind of adventure, as a result of a labor contract given to him by a curious goddess.
With this agreement in hand, Hao Ren faced a never-ending, unpredictable journey full of non-human tenants and supernatural babysitting duties. Despite the overwhelming chaos in his life, Hao Ren found joy in discovering the many races, legends, and worlds beyond human comprehension.
