Sharaku Housuke, a junior high school student who comes from the "three-eyed tribe," is the protagonist of this science fiction tale. He has supernatural powers, and although he appears innocent and wears a bandage on his forehead, he is on a quest to unearth historical facts. Without his bandage, Sharaku becomes a demonic being and unleashes his fearsome psychic abilities.
