Contained within this book are three brief anecdotes. The first chapter, named after the book itself, recounts the tale of Noda - a boy harboring three secrets. Firstly, he has developed an infatuation for a fellow classmate named Fukushima. Secondly, he has the ability to separate his spirit from his own physical form. Finally, he covertly watches Fukushima's home when his spirit is in this state. However, upon one visit, an unlikely and unfavorable encounter ensues. Chapter two, titled Beside, delves into the story of a boy asked to care for an enormous white rabbit, leading him to a better understanding of his own emotions. The final chapter centers around Yuzuru Sakaguchi - a solitary boy leading a tranquil life, although he is ostracized due to rumors that ghosts encircle him. His world turns upside down due to the arrival of a new instructor at his school.
