Tamiko resides with her mother, grandmom, and two brothers in what seemed like an ordinary household. However, her perception changes when she discovers that Akira, her elder male sibling, is not biologically related to her, but rather a love child of the renowned actress, Hanyuu Kaori. Matters become further convoluted when Akira's romantic feelings towards Tamiko extend beyond sibling affection; despite her initial reluctance, she finds herself reciprocating his emotions. To exacerbate the situation, Tamiko's school friend, Yukari, develops romantic feelings for Akira, and their shared past leaves everyone, including Yukari herself, flabbergasted.
