During August of the 1893 church calendar, the kingdom of Nohmaland declared war on the Flatanian empire. Under the guise of atrocities against Patlasi within the empire, Nohmaland invaded Flatanian territory. To aid their regular troops, Flatanian Empire sent out an "armed service" of maids, tasked with guarding and policing their castle. The war against Nohmaland is still ongoing.
