Miki Masami is a remarkable student at a boys' high school, but his part-time job at "Tsukumo's Detective Office" leaves much to be desired. The agency appears questionable, and his bosses Jinnai Hajime and Kiuchi Kan are odd yet intriguing. Jinnai occasionally refers to him as the "chosen one," but Miki is apprehensive about their peculiarly intimate connection. The two detectives struggle to understand their three-way romance while Kiuchi's interactions with a tenacious, bespectacled youth are documented in the "Lover's Relationship" collection.
