Following the Heavenly World battle, Kousuke Ueki and his friends eagerly await a long-awaited reunion. However, their joy quickly fades as they realize that they are forgetting about the people closest to them, including their own teammates. U-lu, a sheep-like canine with the ability to communicate, enlightens Ueki to the fact that their memories have been taken and preserved within his body. But in order to retrieve them, Ueki must venture to U-lu's unknown home, where 75% of the inhabitants possess powers. Despite being the sole individual with a recollection of the past, Ueki vows to procure the lost memories even if it means braving a treacherous battle alone without his dear companions.
