In the same year that U-ju's mountaineer father passed away on Mt. Everest, she stumbled upon an alien on the mountain behind her neighborhood, which sparked her interest in extraterrestrial life. However, her enthusiasm for aliens resulted in her being subjected to bullying. In response, U-ju decided to suppress her love for the subject and strive to be "normal." During a visit to an unfamiliar area, she happened upon a flyer for a club called Alien Tracker, where she encountered Hui-Mun, the school's most popular guy, who left a peculiar impression on her.
