Considered a school prince, Kai Shizuki is a former idol with a hidden talent. He can see balloons floating above people's heads that reveal their genuine emotions towards him. One day, as fans chase him, Shizuki finds an unexpected saviour in Shinozuka, the school's reputed bad boy. What's more surprising is that Shinozuka's balloons are larger and more lustrous than any Shizuki's ever come across.
