Teenagers are plagued by a strange illness known as [Voice]. It causes disruptions in their emotions, but also manifests as a clone or "bunshin" that expresses their true feelings.
Fortunately, this illness doesn't pose any immediate danger to their health. Satsuki, a second-year high school student, developed [Voice] after an incident in her junior high years. Since then, her twin sister Sayoi has been fiercely protective of her, preventing others from getting too close.
However, their dynamic changes when they meet Hiyama, a boy with the same illness. As their relationships shift, the twins must confront their feelings as they navigate this bizarre condition.
