Iska, the prince of Szak territory, accidentally freed an ancient monster named Nue while stealing the katana that had sealed it for 400 years. Tragically, Iska's own father became the first victim of the powerful creature. As a result of his actions, Iska is cursed by an evil power. Determined to make amends, he sets out on a perilous journey with the stolen katana to hunt Nue down and bring him to justice.
According to legend, the only weapon capable of defeating Nue is the fabled katana "Yukihira," crafted by a demon of the Temma clan. Iska embarks on a quest to locate the clan's village and uncover more information about Nue.
