Tachibana Hideo had dreamt of being a superhero since childhood, inspired by TV shows of the same genre. After graduating high school, he pursued this passion by enrolling in Kantou Films School, and was even cast as a costumed villain in a popular hero program called "Crashman" the previous summer. However, his complete immersion in the role led to an unfortunate mishap: he accidentally kicked "Crash Pink" - who he later found out was Mutou Sakurako, a fellow aspiring actress and future classmate - resulting in the loss of his job. Although Sakurako initially demanded compensation for her injured face through harsh teasing, spending more time together could possibly turn their initial hostility into a more affectionate bond.
