In the barren land of Rahasa, rainfall remains an unfamiliar occurrence. The only ray of hope for the parched realm lies in the hands of a gifted young woman named Aclea. She possesses the ability to produce water from her own body. Asha's responsibility is to preserve the scarce water supply and he chastises Aclea for dispensing excessive water. But, a series of unfortunate misunderstandings leads to the revelation that Aclea has developed a romantic interest in Asha. Her water production rate escalates when her heart races in Asha's presence. Suddenly, Asha gets caught in a tricky predicament. His task is now to woo Aclea so that he can end the enduring drought in Rahasa. However, he must accomplish this feat without revealing the factual truth to Aclea.
