Set in contemporary Japan, this shounen manga is an exhilarating work of art. It tells the tale of an amnesiac lead character who discovers that he was converted into a cyborg for a business's armament initiative. Fuelled by vengeance, he embarks on a quest for retribution. Although the plot lacks depth, it is an ideal embodiment of science fiction-themed shounen action. Regrettably, due to changes in magazine serialization, the Xenon series concluded abruptly, as it failed to satisfy the new target readership.
