The narrative revolves around Kusanagi Sou, a fervent admirer of motorcycle racing. However, his infatuation can't merely be described as an interest. He is consumed by it. One day, Fuwa chanced upon him sleeping outside the school, lying amidst a stack of motorbike magazines. Wanting to remain in proximity to Kusanagi, he befriends him by pretending to be knowledgeable about bikes.
