At only 19 years of age, Kanzaki Nao's innate charm and physical prowess make him a highly effective gigolo. After enduring a stabbing incident following a painful breakup, Nao is rescued by none other than the notorious yakuza leader, Murou Ryouichi of the Ichinose-group.
Although Nao recovers from his injuries, Murou convinces him to remain in the city by covering his medical expenses and providing him with accommodation.
