Ryouhei, a high school student, is in danger of repeating a year. In an effort to study, he visits the library for the first time in ages. There, he comes across a cute girl also studying. Though he doesn't have any particular books to read, he keeps returning to the library every day, hoping to see her again.
Despite the peacefulness of the library, Ryouhei's heart races with excitement. What kind of romantic comedy will unfold between these two? It's worth noting that no tankobon release was ever made for this series.
