In the 1950s, a clock tower's facade became the stage for the horrific murder of an elderly woman by her foster daughter. Two years later, the tower was infamous as the 'ghost tower' due to supposed spectral activity. After a strange turn of events, Amano Taichi, a young individual who is currently 'Not in Education, Employment, or Training' (NEET), is attacked while on the clock tower and becomes stuck on the clock face, putting him in danger of the same tragic fate as the woman before him. However, Amano's destiny diverges from his predecessor's as he is rescued by a mysterious figure who introduces himself as Tetsuo.
