In Seito Kaichou ni Chuukoku, Akutsu catches feelings for Murakami during a judo contest. During a jog, they collide and Akutsu suffers from a nosebleed caused by impure thoughts rather than any physical damage. Murakami notices Akutsu's "injury" and offers to assist him, bringing him back to his home.
