The eradication of vampires happened years ago. However, a new form of terror plagues the metropolis as evident in an ongoing series of brutal killings whereby the victims' bones are missing but the flesh and blood remain. The authorities decide to call for the services of the celebrated ex-vampire slayer, 70-year-old Hans Vapitto, to conduct an investigation. He feels a deep attachment to the city and, therefore, agrees to return to his old job and keep the citizens safe. Accompanying him are the youngest member of the police force and a young half-vampire lady. Can Hans safeguard his beloved city from this novel threat?
