One rainy day, Mitsutomi, a university student, comes across Seyama, a pastry chef who is injured. Despite their initial hesitancy and belief that they wouldn't meet again, Mitsutomi offers Seyama a bandage before parting ways. Fate intervenes a few days later, and as they become more acquainted, Mitsutomi learns that Seyama was injured by their significant other.
