People all over the world are suddenly and randomly informed of their doom without any prior warning. A distressing three-part message is delivered, detailing the recipient's name, their condemnation to Hell, and the exact time they have left on Earth. Their fate is inescapable, as they are destined to be brutally attacked by ancient beings, leaving behind only an empty husk. They cry out for salvation, but no one answers. This strange occurrence is believed to be the act of God by a newly-formed religious group led by a young man named Jeong Jinsu. He implores people to live a righteous life, free from evil, in order to avoid such a fate. However, the validity of his claims is questionable, and the Seoul police assign Detective Gyeonghun Jin to investigate the death of a man that is linked to this phenomenon. As he grapples with his own personal issues and the release of his wife's murderer, Detective Jin begins to uncover the truth about the organization's leader and the victims doomed for Hell.
