The plot of Kekkou Kamen revolves around Mayumi Takahashi, a student at the Toenail of Satan's Spartan Institute of Higher Education, which is under the control of sexual predators. The teachers frequently engage in torture and humiliation of the students, deriving pleasure from their suffering, leaving Takahashi with only one protection, the enigmatic Kekkou Kamen.
Kekkou Kamen, renowned for hiding her face but not her body, emerges as a savior of sorts to Takahashi and her classmates. Armed with only her nudity and nunchucks, she battles against the forces of evil.
