Airships dominate as the primary means of transportation in a contemporary adaptation of the early 1900s. An airborne gang known as "Zarathustra" employs their remarkable expertise to seize airships, instilling terror and causing concern among the government. Their intention, however, is not to amass wealth or riches but instead to pursue peace by locating and destroying arms shipments ferried by airships.
