Humans and "beast men" have a long-standing history of conflict, despite efforts through treaties to end their battles. Unfortunately, prejudice continues to persist between the two groups. Yakuza member Haruomi Tengeji differs from his group as he secretly regrets having to fight against the "beast men." His comrades know that his reluctance stems from his attachment to a special "pet" waiting for him at home. Haruomi adopted Rou, a half-human and half-wolf, years ago, forging a deep and unbreakable bond. As Rou pledged to follow Haruomi anywhere, their intertwined destinies lead them into hellish depths.
