Subaru Hasegawa joins the basketball team at Nanashiba High School, but the group is disbanded when the leader develops romantic feelings for an 11-year-old student, who is also the daughter of the coach. Subaru's aunt requests that he coach a team of young elementary school girls, but he initially hesitates as he is unsure about teaching such young children. However, once he realizes the difficulties they face, he becomes fully committed to the club.
