After a laboratory accident, Hiroshi Shiba, a skilled racecar driver, is revived by his father. Professor Shiba, an esteemed academic and scientist, is examining artifacts from the Yamatai kingdom when he discovers a magical bronze bell. Unfortunately, his quest for the item is halted when Queen Himika's henchmen kill him, as she desires the mighty bell and will stop at nothing to acquire it.
