A game designer, who was overworked to the point of exhaustion, meets an unfortunate demise. Surprisingly, he finds himself reincarnated as a Demon Lord in his own game, responsible for the murder of the female protagonist's family. As he is getting closer to his ultimate goal of succeeding in the game, the female protagonist defeats him, leading to his return to the last checkpoint. In order to retire luxuriously, he sets out on a journey as the game's main antagonist, but with a twist - he helps the female protagonist!
